"On Saturday, July 30 my AC unit froze up and completely quit working. I called Hart HVAC at 7:30 a.m. and a technician responded at noon and got the system (15 years old) up and running. He did give us the prophetic warning that the system was past its useful life and would likely have reoccurring problems. On August 3 the system completely quit. I called Hart HVAC at 8:00 a.m. and discussed prices and options. By 12:30 I had a full crew there to install a Trane 4-ton system. The guys completed their work in about 4 hours, much of which was spent in a 120 degree attic, and I couldn't be happier. The system works more efficiently and is a serious upgrade from what I had. I can now set multiple schedules with the thermostat and change the house temperature remotely. I can't recommend Hart HVAC highly enough in terms of responsiveness and value for the money. They have a customer for life."
"This is what my wife wrote. Her Facebook post says it all. I'm so very grateful for Hart HVAC and the unknown person who paid for our system replacement. Our compressor was DRT (Dead Right There) When the tech came out and diagnosed the issue.
"Give me a moment to brag on God. Our air conditioning went out Monday evening. I contacted HART HVAC. They are one of the contractors used by my employer. I’ve met one of the partners personally, he is very nice and a firefighter for our local department. Everything I know and understand about them leads me to believe they are a reputable company.
They offered to perform an assessment at no charge for which we were immensely grateful. Their schedule was totally booked on Tuesday but they worked us in. Again, we were thankful for their accommodations. Jimmy came out to evaluate the system. Unfortunately, the compressor was dead (RIP 😁). The options were to replace the compressor for approximately $3,000 or buy a new unit for more than $8,000. Gary and I were discussing things over when the phone rang. We were informed that a new unit was donated to us and they would come out on Friday to install it.
We were in shock and amazed at this phenomenal news. There were even tears of joy shed. So earlier today Gary received an email indicating the appointment was on Saturday between 9-2. Approximately 4 hours later he got another communication stating that they were on the way. At this moment they are outside getting us “fixed up”.
Every person we have dealt with at Hart has displayed characteristics as though they are happy to be working with us regardless of the extreme temperatures outside. If you need any air conditioning or heating work done I HIGHLY recommend Hart HVAC.

"I got estimates from 11 different HVAC companies around Weatherford to replace my entire system. Wow did a get a bunch of garbage talk from lots of local "reputable" companies. If the company refuses to give an estimate over the phone or with a tech and instead want to send a salesman, RUN!!! Price will automatically double. Hart HVAC stood out among all of them as giving me the best equipment for the best value and didn't try to sale me a bunch of unnecessary things and maintenance plans. The install team, led by Brian and included Jr, Michael, and James went above and beyond. Brian is an artist at installation. He takes his time and does things right the first time. This four person crew was at my house for 12 straight hours and never once took a break. You would think after everything was installed they would quickly pack up and get out. Nope!!!! Brian and his team stayed and did multiple tests to make sure everything was working properly. Was it? You bet!!! A+ service from this crew and they left the spaces cleaner than when arrived. If I had to install a new system in the future, I would no doubt use HART HVAC again. Techs and install team are great. My only issue is the front office/management isn't the best at communication. When you spend your hard earned dollars on a new system, it would be nice to get a bit more communication. Once we decided on a new system, it took some effort to get the new system scheduled. I also haven't heard anything from them since install. But everything works perfect so no complaints at all. I would much rather have lower prices and great work vs. communication and high prices."
"I found Hart HVAC through my home warranty company and I am so glad I found them. Hart sent Keith out and he went above and beyond diagnosing the root cause instead of just filling up our freon and leaving like other contractors have done in the past. He told us what the issue was and that he would coordinate with home warranty. The process to fix my AC in the middle of summer was horrendous and it took over a month because my home warranty company took FOREVER to approve and was negligent in the process. When we finally got approval to pick up the part from home warranty, Hart called me the same day and scheduled me an appointment for the next business day. Noah was sent out with 2 other guys and fixed the problem with no issue. They stayed a little longer to ensure my house was cooling down properly because it was slower than normal. Hart HVAC is prompt, professional, and has GREAT customer service. Alaina's customer service was AMAZING. She is sweet and really cares. She explained everything along the way and even called me just to celebrate that my appointment was finally made. These are the best technicians around, they are honest and great workers. Their reviews are amazing for a reason! I am going to go through them for all my future AC needs. My AC would have been fixed a month ago had I not gone through home warranty. I HIGHLY recommend using Hart!"
"These guys are great! They came out determined the problem and were very professional! Once they found out home warranty wouldn’t cover replacement, they went to work to get financing in place. David called me himself and had things ready to go with in the hour. All documents In order and signed online. They came out a couple of days later, demo and removed all the old units and equipment and had both the new furnaces and ac units installed in 1 day. They were clean and had everything cleaned up and complete as they said they would.They even upgraded my thermostats!!! The service was great, beginning to end. From the receptionist to the install techs. Best HVAC company in DFW area, hand down. I can’t say enough good things. They are amazing!"

Yesterday with temperatures at nearly 100 our main AC unit quit cooling. My husband contacted Hart and Jackie was able to schedule a technician for this am. Amazing! So grateful. The technician, Robby arrived right on time with a courtesy call to say he was on his way. A person tends to expect the worst when dealing with a malfunctioning AC but let me say the unit was repaired and cooling again within 15 minutes. Yay!!!

"Late on a Sunday night AC outside unit sounded like it was going to explode, so turned it off and it continued making the horrible noises for a few minutes. First thing Monday morning, filed a claim with Home Warranty company. I was so surprised that in a very short time, got a call from HART HVAC stating that they could have someone come out that afternoon!
Between electrical issue and warranty company, had to request three visits from HART HVAC who has always responded ASAP and come out within a day. Jimmie, Zach and Will are knowledgeable, friendly, informative and let you know when they are on their way and show up when expected! I’m an old perfectionist who found this level of expertise, quality and customer service, very refreshing and highly recommend HART HVAC!"
"I cannot say enough good things about this company! My husband, Ryan, & I were having issues with our AC upstairs. The first guy to show up wasn’t able to fit in the tiny space where we thought the second unit was. They sent a backup tech the next day. Turns out our AC unit was hidden in a closet under a bunch of stuff. He cleared it out, checked the unit, and cleaned it all up after he was finished where most people would have left the mess. He informed us that our units were 21 years old and would both need replacing soon. So We called to get a quote, they gave us a great deal on both trane units. They were here 4 days later to install. We were out of town, and expected we may come home to a mess, but nope! They were completely professional and tidy. Totally recommend them."
"Hart is amazing! I have been left disappointed and frustrated by other companies in the past they were more focused on hard selling me on a new system rather than finding and fixing my problem. Scott from Hart came out today and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about 30 minutes. His knowledge and skill is first rate and he was super nice and easy to work with. I can honestly say this was they most pleasant and positive HVAC experience I have had as a homeowner. I highly recommend them. "The air quit working at the house and the first company that came out per the warranty told me that my compressor was broken and I needed a new compressor and 13 pounds of Freon or for $10,000 I could have a new system put in. The guy never turned in his paperwork for authorization from the warranty company. And then he was off for the next three days sick. we were homeless for seven days. And I had had enough of the miscommunication. I asked the warranty company to get me someone else and they sent a representative from Hart HVAC. Nick came out on time and was there when he said he would be there. Nick diagnosed the problem and was able to get the system up and running in about 15 minutes as the system only required a few pounds of Freon. Nick was very professional in explaining everything to me. If we do have any more trouble with the system because it is an older system. I really hope Nick is the one that comes out. Thank you Nick. "Lightning fast responses, honest answers and very professional. After a very unfortunate incident between my 12 year old with his BB gun and my condenser unit, David answered all of my questions about my old system and even though he told me it would be hard or impossible to try to find parts to retrofit the system for new refrigerant, he still called around even when he was on vacation with his family out of state. We ended up going with a whole new unit and an upgrade and the work was done same day with quality work by his respectful crew. David is very supportive of the community and military as well. Highly recommend this company!"
"Robby came out today for the heater and he was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He has a great customer facing attitude and is a credit to the company. He quickly diagnosed my problem and repaired it immediately and was on his way; leaving behind one happy customer. Robby is a credit to the company as a whole.

Robert came out ASAP figured out what the issue was, got on the 2nd story roof no problem and fixed the issue. He was polite, quick, efficient and effective!!! "A couple days ago my A/C unit started blowing warm air (the outside unit was not working). At about 6pm I submitted a claim to my home warranty company...about 1 hour later HART called me to set up a time to repair my A/C for the next day! I was very pleased with the responsiveness since it has recently been pretty hot outside...I really didn't expect a call until the next day. On the day of service, the HART representative called me to let me know where I was in the queue, and the HART technician (Zach) called to let me know when he was on his way. Furthermore, they use some sort of a system that tracks the technician like you're getting a pizza delivered. This was helpful because I knew exactly when he would arrive. Zach was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable...he fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. He successfully answered all my questions and billed my home warranty company (that's what took the longest amount of time). Overall I had a great experience with HART and would definitely use their services again in the future."
